Coverage
What this run contains
- Medicine rows
- 9,855
- Corpus records considered
- 9,855
- Every record in the corpus is classified; a record holding nothing is still an entry, because an absence nobody counted is an absence nobody fixes.
- Source routes represented
- 12
- Modules tracked
- 25
- Observable ordinary answer pairs
- 4,865
- Comparable conflict fields
- 0
- Rows without a qualifying source excerpt
- 6,688
- Ingredient slots documented
- 62 of 62
Method
How the rows were made
- A deterministic classifier assigns every corpus record one source route and counts a fixed set of recorded modules.
- A module is present when this snapshot has a recorded value in that module; missing means absent from this corpus, not absent from medicine knowledge.
- Ordinary-reader answers and specialist modules use the checked-in four-audience eligibility rules. Comparable source differences come from source consensus; not_comparable is never a conflict.
- missingQuestions contains only SILENT question identifiers from the complete silence ledger. Explicit NOT_ESTABLISHED questions remain separate.
- Review and exact freshness are marked NOT_PUBLICLY_OBSERVABLE because the checked-in public snapshot does not carry the per-record runtime contract needed to state either one.
- Ingredient documentation counts are reported only where the route records ingredient slots.
Limits
Read these before using a row
- A route describes which source reached a record, not the quality of the medicine. A record on the compound-identity route holds a formula because that is all a compound database has, not because less is known about it.
- Every route has limits it cannot pass, and they are stated per route rather than left to inference. A supplement record will never carry a mechanism however many products list the ingredient, because supplement labels do not have one.
- Module counts are not comparable across routes. Eight modules from prescription labelling and eight from a supplement database describe different things, and adding them together would measure nothing.
- A thin record is a question, not a verdict. Many are thin because the corpus reads a source that does not cover them, which is a gap in reading rather than in knowledge.
- Ordinary answer counts are source-bound eligibility measurements, not claims that every eligible fact is already rendered as a reviewed answer.
- The unknown/conflicting/stale ordinary question is a lower bound: comparable conflicts are observable, but exact stale bindings are not present in this public snapshot.
- A source object without a nonblank excerpt remains provenance but does not count as a source read.
- NOT_PUBLICLY_OBSERVABLE is an unknown state, not zero, false, current, or unreviewed.
Provenance
Source examples
CURATED source route
155 records; median 15 modules. Nothing structural. A person assembled this record and chose what it holds.
LABEL_PHARMACOLOGY source route
1808 records; median 12 modules. Prescription labelling covers pharmacology but states no price and no supplement context.
LABEL_PRODUCT_ONLY source route
517 records; median 7 modules. The product label was read but no source describes its substances alone, so no mechanism or pharmacokinetics can be recorded for them.
SUPPLEMENT_MARKET source route
4754 records; median 5 modules. Supplement labels carry no mechanism, no pharmacokinetics and no evaluated efficacy claim, so none can be recorded however many products exist.
Artifact used for this view: data/agents/current/coverage-ledger.json + data/recorded-background.ndjson + data/source-consensus.ndjson + data/agents/current/silence-ledger.json + docs/product/four-audience-evidence-contract.json. The reader resolves the current run first and uses the checked-in compatibility run only when a current artifact is absent.
Schema
Fields in the public projection
| Field | Type | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| medicineSlug | string | Stable RNAWiki medicine route key. |
| medicineName | string | Recorded medicine name. |
| route | string | Deterministic route describing which source type reached the record. |
| modulesPresent | string[] | Recorded-background modules with a value in this snapshot. |
| moduleCount | number | Count of modules present; not a quality score. |
| ingredientCount | number | Ingredient slots recorded for applicable routes. |
| ingredientsDocumented | number | Ingredient slots with recorded documentation. |
| provenanceTier | string | Whether the record was curated or deterministically extracted. |
| ordinaryQuestionsAnswered | string[] | Source-bound eligible question IDs from the checked-in six-question contract; the unknown/conflicting/stale question is only an observable lower bound. |
| ordinaryQuestionsAnsweredCount | number | Count of the source-bound ordinary question IDs in this row. |
| specialistModules | string[] | Observable specialist measures from the checked-in contract: chemistry identity, printed uncertainty, source conflict, or source read. |
| specialistModulesNotObservable | string[] | Contract modules whose per-record state is absent from this snapshot; currently staleExactBindings. |
| sourceBoundStatementCount | number | Qualifying source attachments across recorded objects, counted with repetition at each attachment position. |
| sourceDocumentCount | number | Distinct qualifying source kind-and-identifier pairs in the record. |
| sourceKinds | string[] | Qualifying source kinds recorded anywhere in the medicine background. |
| reviewedStatus | string | NOT_PUBLICLY_OBSERVABLE until an exact per-record review state is exported publicly. |
| freshnessStatus | string | NOT_PUBLICLY_OBSERVABLE until exact persisted source bindings and checks are exported for the row. |
| conflicts | string[] | Source-consensus fields in differ state. agree and not_comparable are excluded. |
| missingQuestions | string[] | Question IDs whose silence-ledger state is SILENT; absence here is about this corpus, not the medicine. |
| explicitNotEstablishedQuestions | string[] | Question IDs whose source-backed silence-ledger state is NOT_ESTABLISHED; never folded into missingQuestions. |
| noSourceReadState | string | Whether this record has a qualifying source excerpt, only source objects without an excerpt, or no qualifying source object. |
